1:1 Mentoring

Become a Big! Volunteer mentors are individually paired with a child in a school-based or community-based match based on shared interests, hobbies, backgrounds, or goals. Matches meet for a total of 4-6 hours a month to hang out, get to know each other, and build a friendship.

1:1+ Mentoring

Do you have a skill to share with a group of children? You could teach a session during one of our 1:1+ mentoring programs such as Teen Group, Game Changers, Sports Buddies, and S.T.E.A.M. Studio! Youth meet at least once a month either at the BBBS office or in the community to participate in skill-building activities and explore topics with their peers. Big for a Day

Ready to make a big impact with minimal commitment? Host a Big for a Day activity with your company, organization, or service club! For just a few hours, you can engage in an exciting activity alongside children in our program who don’t yet have a 1:1 mentor.
